I had friends over, and this was the appetizer. 🙂 Complete with carob fondue! Fruits and veggies never looked so good!
I went to the home of some of my Pathfinders one Sabbath after church. We had Sabbath lunch together and then after sunset I taught my Pathfinders how to make these vegan carob chip cookies! The recipe is adapted from this one. I didn’t have spelt flour on hand so I used whole wheat pastry, and instead of chocolate chips (which has caffeine) I used carob chips (which is supposed to be nutritionally better for you). Carob chips can be found at Bulk Barn or your nearest health store.
