Pineapple Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

I didn’t have the energy to cook anything for brekky this morning, but I did have enough energy to make a smoothie.  Here’s the recipe: 1 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup flaxmeal 1 and 1/2 cup homemade almond milk 1 slice of pineapple Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
